• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with
prospective C&I clients through various channels: cold calling,
networking, industry events. Build and maintain a sales pipeline of
qualified leads
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with
key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand clients'
energy requirements, recommend customized solar solutions.
• Market Research, Analysis: Conduct market research, identify
potential clients, market trends, competitors. Analyze and assess
market dynamics, identify growth opportunities.
• Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals,
presentations, business cases to show value of our solar solutions to
prospects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of
proposed solutions with client needs.
• Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000 KW (C&I)
• Develop network of Large EPC partners/Bidders in Tenders
• Drive Topline revenue, profitability and market share of C&I division
Requirements
• Preferred B-Tech Engineers/MBA Candidate
• B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry
• Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
• An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
